1. Scope of the service and how requests work

On quilvanern.com, you can submit an appointment request. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that an appointment is confirmed. Availability depends on the provider’s schedule, and confirmation (if offered) is subject to the provider accepting your request.

If a session includes additional treatments or time beyond what you requested, the final result and duration may differ from your request. Any estimate shown on the site is informational and may be adjusted by the provider upon confirmation.

2. Estimated pricing and limitations

We may display estimated prices for services. Final pricing may change based on the actual service required, the consultation outcome, and the provider’s professional assessment.

If any offer contains “from”/“before” price comparisons or advertised discounts, relevant legal details about the place and dates and the discount ratio versus the previous price must be included in the offer details. We will provide such details where required.

3. Acceptable use

• You agree to provide accurate contact details (for example, name and phone/email) when submitting an appointment request.
• You must not misuse the booking experience, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so the provider can reach you about your request.

4. Pre-contract information for distance contracts

Where your booking/ordering constitutes a distance contract, we provide pre-contract information including: the provider’s identifying details, key characteristics of the service, and price/payment conditions, as required by Ukrainian consumer protection rules.
